Rude staff, dirty rooms, no fans or hair conditioner in the bathrooms, the AC was so loud we couldn’t hear each other speak or even sleep! No hot coffee or breakfast, and the “pillows” might as well be non-existent! Terrible excuse for a “RIT” convention center! Never again!
